We are looking for two MRICS Registered Valuers to join our growing Valuation Team.

Position 1 – is for a Valuation Surveyor 0-3 Years PQE

Position 2 – is for a Senior Valuation Surveyor with 3+ Years PQE

The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, numerate and interpersonal, joining a busy team with a strong emphasis on providing an efficient service tailored to a variety of clients.

They must have a proven background in valuation; ideally in both commercial and residential properties; and the purpose of the role will be to undertake mainly loan security valuations but also Tax valuations on behalf of our existing client base. Knowledge and experience of Landlord and Tenant instructions is also beneficial.

The candidate will be based at our West End Office covering instructions within Central London, Greater London and the Home Counties.
