We are currently seeking a senior valuer to join our busy valuation department.

• The successful candidate will be ambitious, enthusiastic, and efficient, with a key emphasis on providing a strong customer service.
• Will have a minimum of 3+ years PQE.
• Will be either MRICS/FRICS; and a Registered Valuer.
• A proven background in valuation methodologies for both commercial and residential properties, and developments.
• Have experience in undertaking loan security and Tax valuations.
• Knowledge and experience of Landlord and Tenant instructions will be beneficial.
• The candidate will be based at our West End Office, covering Central London, Greater London and parts of the Home Counties.
