An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Surveyor to join our growing Landlord and Tenant and department.

Working alongside experienced Surveyors, as a Landlord and Tenant Surveyor, you will be involved in a vast range of General Practice duties.

Duties will include:

• Lease renewals
• Rent reviews
• Leasehold Enfranchisement

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will be a Graduate Surveyor with some experience working with both commercial and residential property. Excellent written and verbal skills are essential.

We would also consider a recently qualified MRICS Surveyor with the relevant experience.
